Roaster Soakz Cleaning Powder

The object

Roaster Soakz is designed to loosen the soils that build up during coffee roasting. Urnex specifies one ounce, or 28 g, of powder for two gallons of warm water, followed by soaking and brushing compatible removable parts.

This is a roaster-maintenance product rather than a general espresso detergent. Check which components may be immersed, keep the solution away from electrical assemblies, and follow the roaster maker’s removal and reinstallation procedure.
