The object

The Espresso Machine Profile adds a measured mineral blend to distilled or reverse-osmosis water. Along with magnesium sulfate and calcium citrate, it includes potassium bicarbonate. The selected box makes twelve one-gallon batches.

Choose it when you want a prepared profile for an espresso machine instead of the light-roast filter formulation. Always compare the resulting water with the machine maker’s requirements, then use one whole packet for its labelled volume.
