The object
The KBGV Select is Moccamaster's glass-carafe platform for brewing either a half or full 40-ounce pot. Its selector changes water flow for the smaller batch, while a copper heating element brings brew water into the target range quickly.
A separate hot plate keeps the glass carafe warm after brewing and then shuts off automatically. The removable brew basket, lid, and spray arm make the water path accessible for routine rinsing and periodic descaling.
