The object

Hario’s Buono is a simple manual kettle for controlled filter brewing. Its slim spout lets you adjust the amount and speed of water reaching the coffee bed, with a shaped handle for managing the pour. The silver model uses a stainless steel body and lid with phenol-resin handle and knob.

The nominal 1.2 L designation should not be confused with its working fill level: Hario lists an 800 mL practical capacity. This is the manual model, so it has no electric temperature controller. Its main role is controlled water delivery for a V60 or another pour-over brewer.
