Flair 58 Plus 2

The object

The Flair 58 Plus 2 gives the brewer direct control over pressure through a long lever and an analog group gauge. Its electronically heated 58-millimeter brew head offers three temperature settings, while the valve plunger supports refilling and consecutive shots without removing the stem.

The selected base package includes three baskets, a walnut portafilter and tamper, shot mirror, puck screen, and drip tray. It can brew unplugged after manual preheating, but it has no pump, boiler, or steam wand, so milk drinks need separate equipment.
