The object
The stovetop Stagg keeps temperature monitoring and pour control in a manual format. Its built-in brew-range thermometer lets you follow water temperature without an electric base, while the precision spout and counterbalanced handle support a slower pour.
Its 1.0 L capacity provides room for a small batch or several individual brews. Choose this version if you prefer to heat water manually and manage the pour yourself; it does not include the electric temperature selection or automatic hold functions of the Stagg EKG.
