The object
Omni combines two lab tasks in one touchscreen instrument: it reports roast color over a 0–150 Agtron range and analyzes particles from 100 to 2,500 micrometers. It can assess whole beans or grounds and display distribution data directly on its screen.
The supplied sample tools support repeatable preparation, while CoffeeOS can collect results for comparison. This is specialized equipment for people documenting roast development or grind distribution rather than a required tool for everyday brewing.
