The object

Breville Milk Café uses induction heating and interchangeable frothing discs to prepare hot milk drinks. One disc targets smoother latte foam and the other a more aerated cappuccino texture. A temperature control lets you choose the stopping point, after which the machine turns itself off.

The stainless steel jug can go in the dishwasher because the heating system sits beneath it rather than using an immersed element. A measuring cap also lets you add ingredients for drinks such as hot chocolate. Choose it when temperature control and a removable jug matter to your routine.
